Also, you’ll actually try their sake from the Japanese brewery while enjoying the tour.
The sake will be delivered directly to you!!

On the tour, You’ll see their history and how their sake is brewed there.

Mr. Hukada, our guest speaker and president of the brewery will be conducting the brewery tour from Japan via Zoom! Participants will be sent a Zoom link before the event begins.

About The Sake

NITO YAMADANISHIKI 55 720ML Junmai Ginjo • Made from 100% Yamadanishiki rice The concept of this bottle is “If you run after two hares, you will catch neither” as you can see two hares on the label. They made it so that the drinker may get the best balance of two contradictory senses. For example, “taste and fragrance,” “acid and flavor,” “heavy and light,” “sweet and spicy,” “first taste and aftertaste”, and “simplicity and complexity.” When you drink this sake, you can enjoy two different patterns, first with alcohol and then with a meal. Pairing the sake with food will enhance the taste and bring the experience to a higher level. You’ll end up drinking until the very last drop before you know it!

• Because the sake will be delivered directly to the participants, this event will be exclusively for NYC residents. If you’re not NYC residents, you will purchase a ticket including no sake.
• Participants will be asked to provide their address as drinks will be delivered via food delivery service by the event date.
