On June 20, 2024, RESOBOX conducted a decorative sushi class for Blackstone, a major investment firm headquartered in New York City. The session provided an interactive experience where employees could connect with one another while creating colorful, delicious sushi rolls.
Blackstone, one of the world’s largest alternative asset management companies, has a vast portfolio spanning private equity, real estate, infrastructure, healthcare, and more. Since its founding in 1985, the company has been recognized for its global impact, delivering innovative investment solutions and supporting the growth and development of companies worldwide.
During the class, under the guidance of instructor Hiroyo Belmonte, participants carefully assembled sushi rolls using vibrant ingredients. As they sliced into their completed rolls, everyone eagerly awaited the reveal of intricate patterns like penguins and flowers, which drew delighted reactions from the group.
RESOBOX offers a variety of Japanese cultural classes for companies, fostering team-building and enhancing communication among employees through unique, hands-on experiences.
