Taiyaki Segment
• Learn how to make Taiyaki batter from scratch.
• Use authentic fish-shaped molds to cook your own Taiyaki.
• Choose from a variety of fillings:
– Traditional red bean paste
– Mozzarella cheese
– Beni Haruka sweet potato from Japan
Dango Segment
• Make Dango dough using sweet rice flour.
• Roll and shape your own Dango ball.
• Boil, skewer, and glaze with:
– Mitarashi topping (sweet soy sauce glaze)
– Red bean topping
