Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Class Bookings & Registration

Class seats are limited and are confirmed in order of payment. Registration for each session closes ahead of the class start time — the exact cutoff is shown on each class page. Every class is prepared for a fixed number of participants, so we are not able to accept walk-ins.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are nonrefundable; this includes no-shows. To cancel earlier than 72 hours before the session, contact us at class@resobox.com and we will refund your registration or move you to another date. If RESOBOX has to cancel or reschedule a session, we will contact you to rebook or issue a full refund.

4. Gift Vouchers

A class voucher is one class, not a dollar balance — it covers one seat in an eligible class in full, has no cash value, and never expires. Bonsai has its own voucher, and Miniature Food-Making is not covered by class vouchers. A voucher does not reserve a seat: please book your date in advance by emailing class@resobox.com.

5. Private Sessions & Corporate Workshops

Private sessions and corporate workshops are arranged individually and confirmed with a written quote. The details of each booking — date, headcount, location, and pricing — are those stated in the quote or invoice you receive from us.

6. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.
