CASE STUDIES
Workshop Stories from NYC Teams

MINIATURE FOOD ART · CREATIVE SOFTWARE
Adobe
At Adobe’s New York headquarters, instructor Yoko Ito guided the team in sculpting astonishingly small replicas of Japanese bakery favorites — shaping, texturing, and coloring each tiny melon pan by hand. Patience, focus, and playfulness in equal measure.

TEA CEREMONY · PROFESSIONAL NETWORK
LinkedIn’s New York team gathered for a chanoyu experience at their office — an introduction to the way of tea by our tea master, a ceremonial preparation, then hands-on matcha whisking at every seat.

KAZARI MAKI SUSHI · FINANCE & MEDIA
Bloomberg
For a holiday-season team event at Bloomberg’s New York office, we brought everything needed to roll colorful kazari maki sushi — and teams compared, photographed, and happily ate their creations.

SUMI-E INK PAINTING · BEAUTY
Estée Lauder
At Estée Lauder’s New York office, our sumi-e artist guided the team stroke by stroke — from the first brush lines to finished ink paintings that each participant took home.
