Handmade Soba Workshop

In this workshop, instructor Asako Nonaka will take attendees on a culinary journey through the fascinating world of soba. The voyage begins with an introduction to soba’s storied history, and a walk through the regions where the best soba can be found. Attendees will also get to learn about the nutritional benefits of soba before rolling up their sleeves to take on the task of making some for themselves.
