RESOBOX Japanese Cooking Workshop Series #6: Soba Workshop
Soba is a traditional Japanese food that has been eaten for ages. It is delicious and can be found in many Japanese restaurants in NYC, but did you know that soba has many health benefits? Eating these buckwheat noodles will help you recover from fatigue and prevent your skin from aging. Some even believe that eating soba can help you live longer!
In this workshop led by Asako Nonaka, you will learn about, cook, and eat soba. First, she will demonstrate how to make soba from buckwheat flour. After making and eating your own soba noodles, you can try some snacks made from buckwheat flour. These are specially made by the instructor herself! It will be delicious and enjoyable experience, so please join us.
Let’s enjoy cooking and detoxifying our bodies!
