Okinawan Lecture / Performance to Cuny Students

Our Okinawan dance performer, Junko Fisher offered a lecture of Okinawan culture and performance to students and their professor from the City University of New York, Baruch.
In the last 20 minutes of the event, some students tried Okinawan dance as well as Sanshin (Okinawan three stringed guitar) under the direction of instructors. We were glad to see students not only just taking notes, but actually performing dance and instruments.
