Miniature Food-Making: Japanese Katsu Curry

Are you a Japanese food lover? Have you ever made Japanese curry before? How about a miniature one?
Join us for a fun and creative Miniature Japanese Food Workshop!
Japanese curry rice is one of Japan’s most beloved comfort foods — a rich, thick, gently sweet curry served over rice, often topped with a crispy katsu cutlet. In this workshop, we’ll create a realistic and adorable miniature plate of katsu curry: fluffy white rice, a golden katsu cutlet, rich curry sauce, and the classic red pickles on the side.
You’ll learn how to shape, color, and add realistic details to each part — from the crunchy texture of the katsu to the glossy curry sauce — before bringing everything together on your own tiny plate.
This class is beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone who loves crafting, Japanese food, or miniature art.
