Shunsuke hails from Fukuoka, Japan, the birthplace of Tonkotsu ramen. He has loved pork bone ramen since childhood, a passion that continues to this day. During his university years, budget constraints sparked his love for instant ramen, leading him to explore various preparation methods and creative arrangements.
He experimented with different brands and flavors, becoming fascinated by the depth and variety of tastes. Shunsuke is excited to share the knowledge and skills he’s acquired through his experiences in this class.
